RETURNS

Unwashed, unworn and unused items in their original condition may be returned within 7 days of the date of purchase. Sale items are final sale (non-returnable). Returns purchased via www.harmangrubisa.com or via the Harman Grubiša flagship store may not be returned to any other physical outlets of Harman Grubiša. Any incurred shipping and handling charges in the original purchase shall not be refunded. To complete a return, please contact: customercare@harmangrubisa.com to request a Returns Form.

The use of tracking and insurance is advised as Harman Grubiša takes no responsibility for the returned product until it has been received. Once the product has been received, refunds are processed into the original form of payment used and can take within 5-7 days.

EXCHANGES

Should you have a query regarding an exchange please notify Harman Grubiša (customercare@harmangrubisa.com) within 7 days of purchase. Any subsequent balance on this exchange will not be refunded in cash and will only be available as a credit to the online or physical Harman Grubiša store (whichever was your original site of purchase). This may not be used at any other outlets of Harman Grubiša.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should pre-order be offered online, this enables you to purchase an item that is set to arrive later in the season. As soon as the pre-order items are available we immediately package your products and send them to the address you supply us with when placing your order. The delivery times for each item will depend on the release of each garment, but please note that in some cases this can take up to 4 weeks. We will provide a customer care email upon time of your purchase to better indicate the delivery date/status of your pre-ordered item(s). All products purchased through our pre-order service are to be paid for in full. Once your order has been made it will be processed automatically. No cancellations can be made at this time. For refunds and exchanges see above, or get in touch.
